Madelyn Esposito (she/her) is a Licensed Professional Counselor and AASECT-Certified Sex Therapist and Supervisor providing supervision, clinical consultation, and program consultation in sexual health. She brings extensive experience developing and leading interdisciplinary sexual health clinics within academic medical settings and supporting clinicians practicing beyond traditional private practice models.

Her work centers on complex sexual health presentations, ethical and scope-informed clinical practice, and sustainable models of care. Madelyn is recognized for her expertise in sexual health concerns related to multiple sclerosis, menopause, and congenital urologic conditions, including hypospadias, and she regularly supports clinicians and programs navigating sexual health care at the intersection of chronic illness, medical complexity, and relational dynamics.
